AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL: CYCLE 14
America's Next Top Model debuted its newest season, cycle 14, last Wednesday March 10. The show is on every Wednesday on the CW at 8/7 p.m. central.
This cycle there are the usual 13 model hopefulls, but also a new judge Vogue Magazine Editor Andre Leon Talley.

NEW MOVIE: GHOSTBUSTERS 3
Slated for release in 2011, "Ghostbusters 3" is currently in production. The project has been pretty secretive so far with some stars rumored to be involved and no official trailer (yet!). The usuals, including Bill Murray, will be in the movie with specific roles yet to be detailed.

THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG
The newest addition to the Disney Princess family, Tiana of "The Princess and The Frog," can now be seen at home on DVD or Disney Blu-Ray after the official release this Tuesday. Single disc widescreen copies are affordable, going for around $15.

NEW MUSIC: THE WHIGS
Rock group The Whigs released a new studio album today, "In the Dark." Rolling Stone magazine reviewed the new album:
"Athens, Georgia, band the Whigs build arena-size tunes out of some very unarena influences — including the Replacements, Pixies, My Morning Jacket and Spoon. The band's third disc is the sharpest distillation of its neo-college rock yet, with Animal Collective producer Ben H. Allen's arty, wall-of-sound approach brightening singer-guitarist Parker Gispert's underdog anthems while rarely slowing them down. OVERHEARD IN NEW YORK
Overheard in New York is a website, similar to Texts From Last Night, that is based on user content submissions but only from New York, NY. The difference here is that on Overheard, it is just something that someone said. It can be funny, absurd, stupid, and random.

"THE PRICE OF BEAUTY" - NEW VH1 SERIES
Famous ditzy blonde is going serious with her new upcoming show on VHI called "The Price of Beauty" where she will travel the world and explore different cultural ideas of beauty. Sounds like something I might like to check out, given that it might be some semi-intelligent programming on VH1.
